- They are in especially difficult circumstances. (A poor household certificate is not required.) “Especially Difficult Circumstances” means that if the students do not receive support, they will have to drop out of school, or they cannot pursue higher education after graduating from high school.
- They must have a growth mindset and want to change their lives.
- They must have clear future goals and know what to do to achieve them.
- They must have the potential to become good people who can contribute to society.
- They are passionate about learning and aspire to pursue higher education. Excellent academic achievements are not compulsory, but they should be willing to study.
- In the presence of the school or local authorities, their parents/guardians must commit to supporting them until they finish their education.
