Eligibility Requirements for Bilkent University Scholarship for International Students 2024-25

• International Students from all nationalities are eligible to apply.
• Applicants Must Apply for a Full Time Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree Programme at the University.
• Applicants must have completed high School to apply for Undergraduate Admission.
• Candidate must have completed bachelor studies for master’s Program and both Previous Degrees for Doctoral Degree programs.
• TOEFL IBT(at least 87), IELTS (at least 6.5 average and 5.5 from each section), or Bilkent COPE (at least C).
• If you are a Turkish citizen in Turkey: ALES score is needed, 55 (quantitative).
