The following are the criteria for applying to HAN University of Applied Science scholarship for International students out the EU/EEA region;
- You are a national of a country outside the EU/EEA
- You do not have a degree from an education institution in the Netherlands
- You have not previously been enrolled in a degree at a university or university of applied sciences in the Netherlands
