The department of Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung has indicated some Selection criteria for applicants who intend to apply to adhere to the following;
- International Students from all parts of the world are Eligible to Apply with Preference Given to Women
- Applicants with Good Command of English or German Language
- You can Submit your Application in English or German Language
- Masters Degree Applicants Must Enrolled in any of the State accredited University.
- Applicants Must show interest in Political, social and or Community Service
- Enrolment (or at least acceptance) at a public or publicly accredited university in Germany
- Proof of a completed Bachelor’s degree or finished basic study (Diploma, Magister, state examination)
- Doctorate students must be accepted in any German University

Scholarship for International or Domestic Students
As earlier mentioned, the 2024 Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung scholarship are for both Domestic and foreign students. The domestic student who wants to know their eligibility status should read BAföG § 8, paragraphs 1 and 2.
