Eligibility Requirements for Fully Funded IBN Haldun University International Scholarships in Turkey 2023/24
- Applicants from other Countries are eligible to apply at IBN Haldin University for PhD Program
- Only Doctoral Programs in Civilization studies Can Apply for this scholarships at the University.
- Applications must be submitted and received by Ibn Haldun University before the deadline date

Scholarship Financial Coverage
- Full Tuition fee of 12,000 USD will be covered
- Monthly Stipends ranging between 3500-4200 TL.
- Additional Summer Stipends for Married students and/or PhD candidates.
- Scholarships and assistantships awarded are subject to renewal annually.
Scholarships Duration
The ibn haldun university scholarship for Doctoral degree program in Civilization studies will cover to Four years (Students, who are not proficient in Turkish (minimum C-1 Level), must complete an additional one-year Turkish preparatory coursework to pass the required Turkish proficiency examination).
Language Requirements
Applicants must have achieved a Minimum of 84 in TOEFL or an equivalent score in CAE, CPE, PTE Academic or YDS. This is a requirements which must be Met as requested by Civilizations Institute.
Admission Requirements
Applicants with a GPA of 2.00 above and Must have achieved by completing all the Courses requirements at the Department they enrolled in.
