- Age is considered for Romania Government Scholarship (not more than 35 for Undergraduate & 45 For Postgraduate Degree program)
- Applicant are advised to Apply with High Academic Records using their last certificates of their Previous institution with a good number of 7 corresponding to the scoring system in Romania Education System.

- Official letter issued by the diplomatic mission of the country of origin accredited to Bucharest or the diplomatic mission of Romania
- The MFA application form (APPENDIX 1) for a scholarship in Romania
- The MER application form (APPENDIX 2) for the issue of the Letter of acceptance to study in Romania;
- Legalized copy of the birth certificate and certified translation in one of the following languages: English, French or Romanian;
- Recent photos – 2 pieces, passport format.
- Copy of the first 3 pages of the passport

Scholarship Holders Who are Exempted to Study in Romanian Language
