International Merit Students Scholarship: This Scholarship is for both Undergraduate and graduate Degree programs at the University of Houston Victoria. This Scholarships is Awarded towards tuition Fee reduction between $3000-$10,000.
This Is Not a Fully Funded Scholarship Compare to The Like of Hawk Scholar Scholarship at the University of Houston Clear Lake. It will be Awarded for fall, spring and summer only and International Students on F-1 and J-1 visa the scholarship will reflect the residency tuition rate.
It is Expected that other Cost of Studying at the University of Houston Victoria Campus will be Met by Applicants as Books, Transportation, Health Insurance Coverage, Accommodation and Daily Feeding will be provided by Applicant (Partial Scholarship)

- Applicants Must Have High academic achievement.
- International Students with Visa Migration Status are Eligible to Apply
- Applicants Must not be Receiving UHV tuition scholarship waivers.
- Applicants s receiving Texas resident tuition fees are not Eligible.
- Applicants Must be Studying Full Time.
- Must maintain satisfactory academic and immigration status during the awarding semester/ year.
- must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 for undergraduate students and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 for graduate students for the Entire Scholarship Duration.
